Web Brutalism

Default browser styling used deliberately: Times New Roman, blue links, visible structure.

What it does

A reaction after 2014 against the sameness of template-driven design, taking its name and its argument from architectural brutalism: show the material. Unstyled Times New Roman, default blue underlined links, visible borders, system form controls, no rounded corners and no shadow. Bloomberg's Businessweek site and the early Balenciaga pages pushed it commercially. It works as a signal of confidence and fails when the content underneath needs guidance, because it offers none.

The prompt

Replace [Subject] with what you are shooting. Everything else is deliberate: the gear, stock and lighting are what push a generator towards this look.
